Why is Bluetooth still so unreliable?

Bluetooth's unreliability stems largely from its operation on the crowded 2.4GHz band, which is shared with more powerful WiFi signals. Bluetooth's lower power can lead to interference and dropped packets, especially in busy environments. Additionally, small dead spots caused by RF reflections, imperfect software implementations, and interference from multiple wireless devices further degrade its performance.
