There are no no-name inkjet printers because producing state-of-the-art printheads is extremely complex and requires advanced MEMs semiconductor technology that only a few companies possess. This is unlike smartphone components, which have more generic standards and multiple suppliers. As a result, creating generic printheads or printers is not economically viable without significant investment and technical expertise.
