I've built a system using an AI that simulates sales calls for practice. Users call and interact with the AI, which acts like a potential customer, helping them refine pitches and handle objections. The AI then provides a graded transcript for feedback. It was deployed on a $35 Raspberry Pi and can be used for general AI hands-free calls too.
