As of now, the basic infrastructure for writing drivers in Rust has been upstreamed in the Linux kernel, but there are no significant components written in Rust included in the official kernel yet. Due to high standards and various barriers, adoption is expected to be gradual. It's still early, and real-world use is in very nascent stages.
