HubSpot's API design decisions seem to lack consistency and usability. Key complaints include outdated or mismatched API versions, lack of sorting and filtering directly in endpoints, and restrictive rate limits. Many developers find that new features often lack API support or have poor integration. Additionally, support responses and problem resolution are slow and often unhelpful.
